Coupang Fulfillment Service (CFS) announced that it will conduct large-scale on-site recruitment in major regions such as the metropolitan area, Chungcheong, and Gyeongnam in September. This recruitment will operate in a way that does not impose restrictions on education, age, or experience, allowing for consultations, job applications, and on-site interviews to take place in one location.
The recruitment festival will kick off on the 2nd at the Incheon Chamber of Commerce, followed by events on the 8th at Icheon City Hall, the 9th at Gwangju Welfare Administrative Town in Gyeonggi, the 11th at Changwon Meeting Space Momo, the 14th at Suwon Green Transportation Center, and the 15th at the Southern Campus of the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation. Additionally, on the 18th, recruitment festivals will be held at JST Jemulpo Smart Town for Incheon and northern Gyeonggi, and at the Cheonan Job Comprehensive Support Center for the Cheonan recruitment festival.
CFS plans to recruit field managers and logistics staff through this hiring event, providing job seekers with direct information about job roles and working conditions. Park Soo-hyun, CFS Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), stated, "We are supporting job seekers to thoroughly check job roles and working conditions to find suitable employment." CFS intends to continue hosting recruitment events throughout the second half of the year.
