An incident occurred in Suwon where a young man in his twenties secretly broke into a neighbor's house. At around 4:50 AM on the 16th of last month, Mr. A entered the terrace of the home of Ms. B, a woman in her twenties living in a multi-family house in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon. Mr. A fled to his home after the report, but was urgently arrested by the police. During the police investigation, he stated that he intended to steal. The police applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A, but the court denied it, stating that "the suspect admits to the crime and there is no risk of flight."
