Behind A's criminal activities was mastermind B, who is imprisoned in a Philippine jail. A was responsible for domestic sales under B's instructions and reportedly pocketed 7 million won in criminal profits. B has been operating the organization while frequently changing Telegram channels to evade law enforcement since January last year. Authorities have confirmed that over 50 domestic and international drug dealers are linked in a network supplying drugs. The prosecution is working with Philippine authorities to initiate extradition procedures for B and 13 other masterminds.
