U.S. President Donald Trump said on the 2nd (local time) regarding the resumption of attacks on Iran, "It won't last long." During a Q&A session with reporters at the White House, President Trump emphasized his uncertainty about Iran's military response capabilities, stating, "I don't know how much longer they can endure, but it doesn't matter how long it is."
President Trump claimed that Iran is attempting to rebuild its radar systems, missile systems, and mine-dropping systems, explaining that "the rockets for dropping mines are nearly complete." He added, "Last night's attack was very powerful, and we are ready to carry out another attack whenever we want."
After the U.S. conducted airstrikes against Iran on the 30th of last month, additional attacks were carried out on the 1st. In response, Iran attempted retaliatory strikes, leading to a renewed escalation of military tensions in the Middle East.
