He warned of the situation reminiscent of Venezuela's Chavez regime, where the number of Supreme Court justices has been drastically increased to control the judiciary, and even the Supreme Court Chief Justice's recommendation power has been rendered ineffective. He criticized that the Constitutional Court and the National Assembly have already been seized, pointing out that the opposition is not engaging in a proper struggle for power.
Additionally, Hong mentioned that conservative factions are at odds with each other and are scattered, questioning whether this situation is truly appropriate in the current international environment.
